Douglas retired after 20 years of service in the military and obtained his real estate license in 1996. He earned both his GRI and CRS designations and received his broker´s license in 2000. Ellen Thompson received a Bachelor's in Business Adminstration in 1981 from North Carolina Central University and earned her real estate license from the Kentucky Real Estate Commission in 2006. She has 25 years of experience in the adminstrative field, is a recent member of the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Program, and is a graduate of the 2002-2003 Leadership Elizabethtown program. She has also served as board president for America's Second Harvest and is a member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Radcliff.
